Refund policy

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected the returned item, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. You’ll get a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom engraved rings

  • Made-to-order pieces
    (since each one is carved and cast specifically for you)

If there’s an issue with a custom piece (wrong size, unexpected damage, etc.), please reach out — I’ll always try to find a solution.

Exchanges

If you need a different size and the ring is in stock, I’m happy to arrange an exchange. If it’s a made-to-order piece, resizing may be possible for an additional fee.
