These terms apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. For made-to-order items, please allow the stated production time before shipping. For in-stock items, orders usually ship within 5 working days.

2. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Made-to-order rings are carved and cast specifically for you. Please double-check your ring size before ordering — resizing may not always be possible and may incur a fee.

Custom-engraved items are non-refundable unless faulty.

3. Shipping

I currently ship within the UK and selected international countries.
Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to the Rturns & Refund Policy for full details.
In short: returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn, non-custom items. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, text, and designs — is the property of Charlie Bridge Jewellery (or licensed to it) and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the quality of each piece, Charlie Bridge Jewellery is not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the products.
